Career Counseling

Visa Guidance & Documentation
Navigating the Japanese visa process can be complex. Our expert team provides complete support for visa application procedures, including proper documentation, form filling, appointment scheduling, and embassy submission guidance. We ensure your paperwork is accurate and compliant with current immigration requirements to avoid delays or rejections.
Japanese Language Preparation (JFT-Basic)
Our Japanese language program is tailored for beginners aiming to pass the JFT-Basic (Japan Foundation Test) and build real-life communication skills. Classes focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing with certified instructors and practice tests. This course is essential for those applying under the SSW and student visa categories.
SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) Training
We offer specialized training designed to meet the skill standards required under Japan’s SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) program. Our curriculum includes both technical training and Japanese workplace culture to prepare you for industries like caregiving, food service, agriculture, construction, and more. We also assist with registration and job placement support.
Accommodation / Hostel Facility

Test Preparation Classes
In addition to the JFT-Basic, we offer focused preparation classes for other language and skill-based exams required for Japan, such as JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) and technical skill tests under SSW. Our test preparation classes include mock tests, previous year question discussions, time management strategies, and exam techniques.

Courses We Offer
Courses Designed to Help You Succeed in Japan
JPT, N5, N4, N3 Preparation
We offer Japanese language courses for JLPT N5, N4, and N3. N5 is ideal for beginners, N4 builds communication skills, and N3 focuses on advanced grammar, kanji, and comprehension for academic and professional success in Japan.
Nursing Caregiver Training
Training for those aiming to work in Japan’s caregiving sector. Covers caregiving techniques, Japanese communication, and cultural orientation. Prepares candidates to enter the Kaigo SSW field and support elderly or dependent individuals.
Food Services Training
Our training prepares individuals for Japan’s food service industry, covering kitchen operations, hygiene standards, customer service, and food handling. It includes essential Japanese vocabulary.
Agriculture Training
Focused on modern Japanese farming practices, equipment handling, greenhouse farming, and seasonal crop management. Includes related Japanese vocabulary and communication skills used in agricultural work.
Construction Training
Provides practical knowledge of construction tools, safety protocols, and site operations commonly used in Japan. Includes Japanese technical terms and work culture orientation relevant to the construction industry.
Accommodation (Hotel) Training
Trains students for front desk, housekeeping, and customer service roles in Japan’s hospitality industry. This course includes guest communication, etiquette, hospitality language, and cultural do’s and don’ts.
Driving Training
Prepares candidates for transport and delivery-related jobs in Japan. Covers road rules, vehicle safety checks, and common driving-related communication in Japanese. May also include assistance with license-related guidance (depending on eligibility).
