Meals and Food Arrangements
We understand how important nutritious meals are during intense training periods. Depending on your plan, we offer two options:
- Self-Cooking: Our hostels provide a shared kitchen where students can cook meals as per their own preferences and schedules.
- Meal Plan (Optional): We also connect you with nearby mess services that offer home-cooked food packages at affordable rates.

Separate Hostel for Girls and Boys
For added comfort and safety, we provide separate hostels for male and female students. Each facility is managed by hostel wardens and staff who are responsible for maintaining discipline, hygiene, and student well-being.
Students are expected to follow basic hostel rules such as time discipline, cleanliness, and mutual respect to maintain a supportive and healthy living environment.
Who Can Stay in Our Hostel?
Our accommodation facility is open to:
- Students enrolled in our Japanese Language Training (N5/N4, JFT-Basic)
- SSW trainees preparing for skill tests in caregiving, food service, agriculture, etc.
- Outstation applicants who have moved to Kathmandu temporarily for preparation
- Working professionals or returnees enrolled in refresher courses

How to Book Your Stay?
Once you register for any of our courses or training programs, you can opt-in for the hostel facility. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will receive a welcome kit and room orientation during check-in. Our team also conducts weekly check-ins to address any issues and ensure your comfort.

Our hostel is located close to our main office and training center in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. It is near shops, groceries, public transport, and clinics—making it a very practical place to stay during your preparation period.
